The Palm is the place to go for out-of-this-world good service. Everyone on staff is thoughtful and attentive and goes out of their way to treat you like a welcome guest. Their attention to detail is immediately clear with a compliment on your shoes or recognizing with high regard some other accessory you may be sporting.

Tonight CT gave us one of the most memorable nights we could ask for, expertly guiding us through the evening's specials and finding unexpected ways to make us feel like the most important people in town, let alone the restaurant.

The food is of course of the highest quality and without reproach, with portions enough for multiple lunches in our future. The wine and cocktail menus both consistently exceed my expectations for a restaurant of its reach and scale.

Without question I'll be back again soon, asking for CT by name. If I don't watch it, I may end up getting my caricature on the wall like so many die-hard Palm fans before me.

Perfect for a cocktail! Great bar area and cozy atmosphere. Love the "lounge" feel. I'll be taking a drink "to go" as well!!

    Update:
Came back the next day for cocktails and had an enjoyable, relaxing afternoon!!

I had such a fantastic experience at The Palm Atlanta! Let's start with the service. Our waiter CT was outstanding! He want above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers! The service alone makes me want to return to the restaurant. CT was incredibly attentive, kind, and had fantastic recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and I believe this is one of the reasons The Palm Atlanta is a staple in Atlanta.

For food, we ordered the summer lobster for two special and it was delicious. I would recommend ordering the lobster bisque or Caesar salad to start. Both were rather tasty. Next, the lobster. The lobster is the star of the show. It's a 4 pound jumbo Nova Scotia lobster split into two. It's huge, filling, and delicious! I would recommend ordering the garlic mashed potatoes as your side. We also had cheesecake for dessert and it was yummy as well. Overall, we had an incredibly special dining experience and I'm very appreciative of all of the staff, from the waiter to the general manager who took the time to make sure we had a memorable experience at The Palm Atlanta. Can't wait to return again soon!

Unbelievable.  It's a Sunday afternoon and they have 1 bar tender - who's not tending bar- one manager who's running around in a state of chaos.

I've been sitting at the bar for over 30 mins and have not been waited on yet.

    Terribly mismanaged.

Stuffy looking bar and restaurant located inside the Westin at Buckhead. I've been the the Palm in TriBeCa and the original in NYc , this is a sad cousin of what the place really is. Expect to pay $40 after tip for two drinks and I don't think you'll  be going out of your way for the atmosphere.
